HEALTH COACHING, YOGA TEACHING AND FUNCTIONAL MEDICINE STUDIES
Chiara Squinzi received her training as Health Coach from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition’s cutting-edge Health Coach Training Program. During her training, she studied over 100 dietary theories, practical lifestyle management techniques, and innovative coaching methods with some of the world’s top health and wellness experts. Her teachers included Dr. Andrew Weil, Director of the Arizona Center for Integrative Medicine; Dr. Deepak Chopra, leader in the field of mind-body medicine; Dr. David Katz, Director of Yale University’s Prevention Research Center; Dr. Walter Willett, Chair of Nutrition at Harvard University; Geneen Roth, bestselling author and expert on emotional eating; and many other leading researchers and nutrition authorities. Chiara’s education equipped her with extensive knowledge in holistic nutrition, health coaching and preventive health.
In addition to health coaching, Chiara has also completed a 200 hours RYS Certified Ashtanga Yoga Teaching Course from Abhijna School of Yoga in Verkala, India.
Chiara continued her education with Functional Medicine University. FMU is nationally recognised as a leader in functional medicine education for the health care professional and CEUs and certificates of completion are provided by Southern California University of Health Sciences. FMU provides a comprehensive approach to the study of functional medicine. FMU’s primary instructor of the Functional Medicine Training Program is Dr. Ron Grisanti. What’s Functional Medicine?
