Healthy Cooking Classes

If you are looking for ways to improve yourself and/or teach your helpers how to prepare healthier, yummier dishes, look no further! La Holista Co., Ltd. is proud to offer Healthy Cooking Classes to you, your kids or your helpers in Ho Chi Minh. Chiara Squinzi will teach you all about healthy eating and cooking with principles from Health Coaching, Yoga and Functional Medicine.

Investment (ingredients not included, list will be sent to you 2 days before the session):

  • Sessions at your preferred location in Ho Chi Minh: 1,700,000 VND ex VAT (73 USD)
  • Sessions in Thao Dien: 1,500,000 VND ex VAT (65 USD)

 

 

Each session of 75 minutes will teach you how to prepare 3 healthy dishes from the following list:

      Yes, for the maid, you can pick any of these dishes: http://www.laholista.com/cooking-classes/. We will do 3 dishes each session. Usually 1 main, 1 appetiser and 1 dessert / snack.

      Let us know which ones you are interested in and a suitable time for your maid to have the cooking class.
