Directions for use: let defrost for 20 minutes outside the fridge or overnight in the fridge; line a baking sheet with a silicone mat or parchment paper and arrange the burgers on it. Bake at 325°F or 160°C until hot and lightly brown, turning once, for about 25 minutes. Alternatively, heat up a non-stick pan, add 1 tsp of olive oil (optional) and cook at medium low for 7 minutes each side with lid on.
