La Holista offers foods free from refined flours, refined sugars, dairy, eggs, seafood, preservatives, colourants, additives and MSG. We proudly supply wholesome, balanced meals and snacks designed by certified Health Coach & Functional Medicine Practitioner Chiara Squinzi. We use vegetables from The Organik Shop and Nam An, whole grains, beans, nuts & seeds and other 100% wholesome plant-based ingredients.

All our meals are dairy, eggs, msg, preservatives and meat free and can be made gluten-free if needed. Please note that we do not offer low-carb options.
Dinner deliveries are Monday to Friday, excluding Tet Holiday, Christmas day and New Year’s day. Dinner is delivered between 15:00 and 19:00: it can be left with your Reception or Security Team if you leave the payment with them; alternatively the Lalamove delivery man will call you on the phone to come and collect it downstairs. You can also collect it from our Central Kitchen, close to Tropic Garden in Thao Dien, until 19.00.
Our meals are delivered in sugarcane 100% biodegradable containers; delivery for D2, Binh Thanh, D1, D3, D4, D7, D10, Phu Nhuan, Go Vap and other districts of Saigon.
