So, I’ve finally figured out one of the problems causing my unhealthy cravings and mood swings that have been disturbing me lately, an overgrowth of yeast that HAS to go. But how? By letting is starve, starve from sugar and caffeine.
Easy, right?! Well, it turned out to be more work that expected, cause sugar and caffeine can be found in:
ALL white bread, pasta and flours
Artificial Sweeteners (e.g. Asulfame, Nutra-‐Sweet)
All Squash (except zucchini)
Black & Green Tea
Diet & Regular Soda
Malted Drinks (e.g. Ovaltine, Horlicks, Caro)
Fruit Juices (fresh or packaged)
All vinegars, except for Apple Cider Vinegar
So I’ve officially started a clean month, 30 days of clean eating and drinking. Care to join?!
