Today we wanted to talk about water kefir.
Water kefir is a probiotic beverage. Our water kefir is made with water and coconut sugar, and fermented thanks to very high quality kefir grains.
While it does contain enzymes and acids, they don’t seem to have quite as strong an effect as those in kombucha so you do need to drink it more often. However, water kefir contains a greater number of bacteria strains than those found in kombucha.
Water kefir is especially nice to drink in the afternoon or in the evening as unlike Kombucha it does not contain caffeine.
It can easily substitute alcoholic drinks or bad snacking habits at night. Bring a bottle of kefir to your friends instead of wine next time.
We recommend alternating the use of kombucha and kefir on a daily basis. 1/3 of a bottle is more than sufficient, do not consume a whole bottle in one sitting. 😀
