Which Nuts Offer The Most Protein?

This week is also about proteins and we’d like to share this useful chart about the protein content in nuts (we also included coconut, technically a seed, and peanuts, technically a legume).

As you can see, the winner in that category is peanut, followed by pine nut, pistachio, cashew, and almond. You can find 3 of those amazing nuts in our delicious Energy Balls and Protein Sport Balls. Now you know why they are our nuts of choice!
