La Holista Co., Ltd. has a passion not only for health, wellness & sustainability but also for community. A key factor to living a successful healthy lifestyle is being surrounded by like-minded people who help make that possible. We focus on creating a positive sense of community with all sorts of activities.

Our monthly hikes bring the community together into nature where people can make new friends and enjoy some of the beautiful outdoors that Vietnam has to offer. We choose one of our 2 favourite locations every month, each with its own level of ability. We provide transportation, an organic, wholesome lunch & snack for participants, as well as water. We will also guide you the whole way. It’s a great opportunity to get out of the city and meet like-minded people.

Our free Awareness Cinema at The Hive and free monthly documentary screenings at Officience are all about screening documentaries that can inspire change. We hope to educate adults and children alike on important topics such as sustainability, plant-based eating, sports and climate change and encourage the conversation around these topics.

We also offer cooking classes to support families and individuals who want to eat better. The classes focus on high plant-based protein foods that are always dairy-free, meat-free and soy-free. We also have specialised classes on healthy baking and fermentation that cater to high-protein diets and gluten-free diets. It’s a fun atmosphere where participants get involved in the cooking and learn how to apply healthier decisions to their own kitchen. They leave on a full stomach and with new friends to connect and share recipes with.

Our most notable event, however, is an annual Holistic Fair which is held in March. This is a day dedicated to Holistic Health & Wellness bringing the community together in the most fantastic way. We hand-select local vendors who showcase holistic services and products that are cruelty-free, wholesome and single-use plastic-free to attend the fair. These vendors offer food, beverages, eco-friendly products and other products and services throughout the day. There is also a wide range of activities including free talks and demos from local and international practitioners. Learn about eating healthy in Saigon, or how we can limit our use of plastic, take a yoga and meditation class, and bring the kids for some Zumba. Attendees can also find booths promoting community and outreach projects and clean-up initiatives. Health and wellness doesn’t end with food!
