Get your beauty sleep too…

On my last day of work I am committing to improve another aspect of my life: sleeping.

We often underestimate the power of a good sleep and the benefits to allertness and cancer / heart disease / obesity risks that it carries with it; due to our busy lives and long hour jobs, we tend to cut time from sleeping rather than from watching movies or surfing the net. Well, from now on, I am going to perpetrate a healthy beauty sleep every day, and if that doesn’t happen, well, I’ll try following these tips on the perfect nap and, yes, you should too!
